Unsung hero marched on
Jaroslav Stawyskyj was born of Ukrainian parents on January 17, 1947, in a displaced person's camp in Aschaffenburg, Germany. The young family arrived in Sydney in July 1949. Jaroslav served in the Australian Army, where he sustained severe injuries. He recently passed away.
