2025 AFUO Zyizd | Triennial General Meeting - Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations

We are pleased to announce the 2025 AFUO Zyizd and Triennial General Meeting (TGM) will be held at the HYATT PLACE, Essendon Fields starting with a welcoming meet and greet cocktail evening on Friday the 14th of March and finishing at the end of the day on 16th March 2025.

Meeting Details

Dates: Friday, March 14 – Sunday, 16 March 2025
Friday evening: Registrations will open, followed by a welcome ‘meet and greet’ for attendees.
Location: Hyatt Place, Essendon Fields
Registration Fees: $150 per Delegate, $125 per Observer or $50 per Proxy.

We strongly encourage all member organisations to attend and actively contribute to discussions and decision-making processes. Your input is invaluable to the success of this historic Zyizd.

Location Confirmed: We are very excited to announce that we will be holding this historic zyizd at the Hyatt Place Conference Centre in Essendon Fields.

The Conference Package
The conference package covers everything except the cost of your travel and accommodation, and breakfast. This comprises a share of costs of the venue and audio-visual equipment; refreshments at break times and lunches on both days. It also includes your attendance to the Friday 14 March evening meet and greet cocktail function.

The cost of the conference package is as follows:
$150 per Delegate
$125 per Observer
$50 per Proxy (non-attendance voter)

Gala Dinner Fundraiser – Stefan Romaniw Youth Leadership Foundation

We are excited to advise that we will also be hosting a Fundraising Dinner on Saturday 15 March in honour of Stefan Romaniw. Along with the Ukrainian World Congress, an International Fund has been created with the Romaniw Family in honour of the late Stefan Romaniw. The evening will be full of entertainment, food and drink, and the opportunity to support this amazing foundation.

Discounts
We are also pleased to announce that The Hyatt Place Hotel will be offering delegates and their guests discounts to stay at the hotel over the weekend. Upon Registration you will receive a unique code which you can use when booking your accommodation at the Hyatt Place Hotel.

Transport from the Airport
The Hyatt Place is offering free shuttle bus transport to and from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport during the Zyizd. Upon booking your stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel, please advise your travel requirements to ensure transportation is awaiting your arrival.
