The largest children’s hospital in Ukraine, Okhmatdyt Hospital was struck yesterday amid a massive aerial assault across multiple Ukrainian cities.
The Ukraine Crisis Appeal (UCA) is currently funding life-threatening cancer treatment for 40 children at Okhmatdyt Hospital, through generous donations raised across Australia.
Devastating images show young children — some with IV drips — sitting outside the hospital during the evacuation. Some of these are the very same children UCA is supporting.
Funds are desperately needed to help move the children and their families to new facilities and to purchase medical equipment destroyed in the attack.
