As 24 February 2023 approaches, the Ukrainian-Australian community will hold prayer vigils, rallies, and fundraisers around Australia to commemorate 365 days since the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine and 9 years of war against Ukraine.
The community will be joining millions of Ukrainians around the world to honour the victims of the war, salute the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people, and thank all those who have helped Ukraine.
It has been 365 days of resistance. But also 365 days of courage, strength, resilience, and aid and support from all parts of the globe.
The year ahead is decisive. But together, Ukrainians will defend not only themselves, but the whole world, and secure peace, freedom and justice.
