🙌 Congratulations Association of Ukrainians in SA for another fantastic Kobza Cafe – WOMADelaide and collaboration with DakhaBrakha, a legendary, ethno-chaos quartet from Ukraine, who have now appeared three times at WOMADelaide.
All funds raised by the Kobza Cafe were proudly donated to the AFUO’s Ukraine Crisis Appeal!
An online auction run by du Plessis Auction Gallery, featuring cafe chairs painted by the members of the community with the help of SpinFX AustrAliA, a Marko Halanevich (lead singer of DakhaBrakha) painted chair and two canvases, plus a Keren Seelander painting also raised funds for the Ukraine Crisis Appeal!
👏 🇺🇦 An awesome display of Ukrainian commitment, enthusiasm, action and strength in unity. Together we can keep Ukrainian culture alive and support Ukraine in its fight for freedom and democracy!
