Children from Berdychiv in Ukraine set off on an expedition!
Without leaving the play area at the “Caritas Berdychiv UGCC” Charitable Foundation, they crossed the oceans and found themselves… in Australia.
The journey began with an introduction to our continent. Through creativity, games, and imagination, the children discovered the amazing animals and nature of our country. The youngest ones drew, played, and even practiced their speech during speech therapy sessions — all centred around the theme of Australia).
And today, the teenagers took a step toward a new culture: together, they made a traditional Australian dessert – Lamingtons.
This story isn’t just about travel. It’s about connection. About how people from the other side of the planet become closer than they seem.
