From January-May 2026, people across Australia came together in so many different ways – running, attending film screenings, supporting cultural events, visiting exhibitions, fundraising in their communities, and simply choosing to care.
That support travelled all the way to Ukraine.
With your help, we were able to support
10 schools
more than 5,000 children
shelter caring for 50 animals
across 6 regions of Ukraine
In total, AUD $113.4K was delivered through Future Ukraine‘s “Warmth for Ukraine” campaign (combining donations received via our PayPal page, Stripe and direct bank transfers) helping provide generators, power stations, a solar battery and a heater to places where reliable energy can make an enormous difference.

What began as a call for warmth as russia ruthlessly attacked Ukraine’s energy grid, became something much bigger: energy, resilience and solidarity reaching Ukraine from across Australia.
