In the lead-up to the 4th anniversary of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian Council of NSW – ОУГ НПВ, the Посольство України в Австралії / Embassy of Ukraine in Australia and NSW Minister Steve Kamper invite you to an exclusive screening of “Animals in War”– a powerful Ukrainian film featuring Sean Penn, inspired by stories of Ukrainians, their care for animals, and how animals help people endure war.
This is more than a film screening. NSW Ministers, Members of Parliament, members of the NSW Consular Corps, and senior decision-makers will be in the room. At a critical moment in the war, your presence matters. This is a chance to speak up for Ukraine and share the real impact of russia’s full-scale invasion.
