- Ukraine must receive long-term security guarantees
- Australia should support the redirecting of frozen russian assets, including some held by Australian institutions, to help Ukraine rebuild and recover from Russia’s deliberate destruction of its educational, cultural and health facilities.

Mr Myroshnychenko urges Australia, as a champion of the UN Charter, “to stand with Ukraine at this critical juncture…when might is right, security risks increase across the globe and in the Indo-Pacific region.”
