ПРИЇЗД ПРЕЗИДЕНТA УКРАЇНИ ПЕТРА ПОРОШЕНКA ДО AВCТРAЛІЇ
Управа CУОA вже певний час лобіювала уряд Aвстралії запросити Президента України Петра Порошенка до Aвстралії.Як всім відомо переговори між Президентом і Премєр Міністром Aвстралії проводяться якийсь час.
Подаємо до відома, що Прем’єр – міністр Aвстралїї Т.Ебботт запросив з офіційним візиом до Aвстралії Президента України П. Порошенка.
Візит заплянований на 11-12 грудня ц.р.. Це повний державний візит, в якому більшість часу буде присвячено державним та урядовим зустрічам.
Через стислий графік та потреба Президента вчасно повернутися в Україну, зустрічі з українською громдадськістю будуть обмеженими.
Приблизна програма офіційного візиту Президента України:
11.12. Мельбурн:
· офиційні наради Прем’єр Мінсітром , Прем’єром і т.д.
· планується коротка спільна молитва в Катедрі свв. верх. апп.Петра і Павла з участю Президента та Прем’єр Мінсітром і відразу виступ Президента перед громадськістю
· пополудні – офіційний обід з ПМ та інші зустрічі
· відліт до Канберри
12.12 – Канберра:
· зустріч з Губернатором
· покладення вінків
· відліт до Cіднею
12.12. Сідней:
· CУОA орагнізовує бізнес- форум
· офиційні зустрічі з Прем’єром і т.д.
· можливо відбудеться корортка зустріч з громадськістю Сіднею в місті,все залежно від часу ( на арзі не передбачено )
· після обіду відліт до Києва.
В даний час Управа CУОA проводить переговори з представниками Державного Протоколу в Канберрі, Вікторії та НПВ.
Повну програму побуту Президента готує Aвстрлійський Уряд. Управа CУОA подасть повну програму, відразу, як тільки її отримає

UPDATE ON PRESIDENT POROSHENKO VISIT TO AUSTRALIA
The Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisation (AFUO) is its discussions with the Australian Government over the past month recommended that an invitation be extended to President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to officially visit Australia.
These discussions complemented the phone conversations already held between the President Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott.
The AFUO has been advised that a an official visit is planned for 11-12 December 2014.
This is an official high level full Government visit with meetings planned with the PM , Governor General, Premiers and other government officials
Given the short time period the President will be in Australian ,(not 2 full days) community activity will be very limited
At this stage it discussions are underway about the possibility a community Prayer Vigil at the Ukraine Catholic Cathedral involving our Catholic and Orthodox clergy on the morning of December 11 with the President and PM taking part
If this occurs we will be calling on the community to come out in force and greet the President and PM.
The President is also scheduled to meet with the Governor General in Canberra followed by business forum in Sydney which is being initiated by the AFUO and facilitated by the European Australian Business Council .The AFUO is exploring possibilities time permitting of a short community event
At this time the AFUO is in discussion with the respective Protocol offices Commonwealth and State, The Embassy of Ukraine and the Government officials in Ukraine.
As the Government program details firm up early next week receives information we will inform the community and call on for community support .
This is the first official visit of a President of Ukraine to Australia .
It is hoped it will build stronger relations between the two countries and that is this time Australia will continue to support Ukraine in combating Russian aggression in the East of Ukraine.
