Founded in 1967, the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) is the peak body representing over 25 million Ukrainians across 83 countries. The UWC unites diaspora communities, promotes Ukrainian cultural preservation and national identity, advocates for Ukraine, and works closely with international organisations as well as Ukrainian state authorities.
The AFUO is a proud member of the UWC, with our dearly departed Stefan Romaniw OAM serving as a longtime Vice President.
Paul will attend the AFUO XXIX Triennial General Meeting in Melbourne and the CYM XIII National Zdvyh in Sydney. He will also meet with senior political leaders and business organisations and give media interviews with ABC News Breakfast and the Sydney Morning Herald/The Age, among other engagements.
