As advised by the Ukrainian World Congress – Свiтовий Конґрес Українців, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has posthumously awarded our dear Stefan Romaniw OAM (1955-2024), AFUO Co-Chair and First Vice President of the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC), the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, IV Class.
The prestigious Order is awarded for distinguished service to the nation and people of Ukraine. Stefan has deservedly been honoured for his dedication, leadership, impact and contribution to Ukraine. As we well know, Stefan was a true Ukrainian patriot – tirelessly working for Ukraine’s victory, justice and cultural preservation – someone who led by example.
Our sincere gratitude and thanks to President Zelenskyy. We are honoured to acknowledge Stefan’s awarding of the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, IV Class.
