Схвалено проект Угоди між Урядом України та Урядом Австралії про співробітництво в галузі використання ядерної енергії в мирних цілях

Уряд схвалив проект Угоди між Урядом України та Урядом Австралії про співробітництво в галузі використання ядерної енергії в мирних цілях. Відповідне розпорядження прийняте на засіданні Кабінету Міністрів.
Підписати зазначену Угоду уповноважений Міністр енергетики та вугільної промисловості Володимир Демчишин.
Відповідно до проекту документа, Україна та Австралія підтверджують своє зобов’язання забезпечити сприяння досягненню мети нерозповсюдження ядерної зброї шляхом міжнародного розвитку та використання ядерної енергії в мирних цілях.
Нагадаємо, що Австралія є лідером з видобування та переробки урану і Україна зацікавлена у співробітництві з даною країною у цій галузі

Draft agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Australia on cooperation in using nuclear energy for peaceful purposes approved
The government of Ukraine approved the draft Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of Ukraine on cooperation in nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. The corresponding decree was adopted at a meeting of the Cabinet.
Sign the Agreement empowered the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Vladimir Demchyshyn.
According to the draft document, Ukraine and Australia reaffirm their commitment to promote the goal of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons through international development and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.
Recall that Australia is a leader in the extraction and processing of uranium and Ukraine is interested in cooperation with this country in this field.
