Marko Pavlyshyn is the Director of Monash University’s European and EU Centre. He is also the convenor of Ukrainian Studies in Monash University’s School of Languages, Literatures, Cultures and Linguistics.
His research specialisations include modern and contemporary Ukrainian literature, post-colonial approaches to the study of Slavic literatures and cultures, and issues of culture and national identity.
He is the author of Ol’ha Kobylianska: Interpretations (Kharkiv, 2008), Canon and Iconostasis (Kyiv, 1997), and more than 80 chapters in books and articles in scholarly journals.
