The Ukrainian Collectibles Society (UCS) has issued a Press Release related to information about the recently issued stamp and first day cover commemorating the Centenary of the formation of Plast.
The Plast Museum is still holding some stock of stamps, first day covers and blank (pre-printed) envelopes.
