Congratulations the Association of Ukrainians in Victoria Noble Park, Ukrainians in Sydney and the Ukrainian Council of NSW for organising two hugely successful charity dinners hosted by visiting Ukrainian superstar chef – Yevhen Klopotenko!
The famous young chef, who was instrumental in having Ukrainian borshch listed on UNESCO’s “List of Intangible Cultural Heritage” thrilled all with his passion, energy and knowledge about ancient Ukrainian food traditions.
Supported by the AFUO, Yevhen also blitzed the media with powerhouse performances on Studio Ten and the SBS “Cook Up” with Adam Liaw (to be shown next year).
Bravo Yevhen – you are proudly defending Ukrainian culture and showing the world that Ukraine and its traditions are alive, vibrant and totally cool!
